The Oregon-based tiny home company Bjarne Builds has crafted a smartly designed 30-foot tiny home that combines Scandinavian-inspired aesthetics with functional living spaces. The 320-square-foot home features both ground-floor and loft bedrooms, offering flexibility in how you use the space. A standout feature is the retractable ceiling desk, adding a creative touch to this thoughtfully planned tiny house.

Built on a triple-axle Iron Eagle trailer, this home is designed for both casual getaways and full-time living. It’s equipped with sustainable Havelock Wool insulation, LED lighting, and USB-C power outlets, making it a practical and eco-conscious choice.

This gorgeous blue spray-painted tiny house with white around the windows and a metal roof is a Bjarne Builds creation measuring 30 feet long, 8.4 feet wide, 13.8 feet high, and 320 square feet in total. It’s available for $139,000.

The lighter colors also make the matte black door handles, faucets, sinks, and other fixtures all ’pop’! The heart of the home is home to a Cubic mini wood stove to keep the chill out of the air.

The living space is as innovative as they come. This is thanks to the office/dining table that Bjarne Builds built into the ceiling.

This space-saving furniture hangs from wires in the ceiling and comes down electronically. Adjacent is a 12,000 BTU mini split AC and heater with a remote from Mr. Cool. This and other appliances in this tiny home receive power from the 50-amp RV cable. There is easy access to the breaker panel in the shed if needed.

The spacious living area is well-equipped for everyday living and entertaining. It’s home to easy-care Pergo flooring, white oak floating shelves for storage, plenty of standard outlets and USB and USB-C ports, and a sofa with storage that folds out to a double bed. You can also use the projector and projector screen in the living area for cosy late-night movies.

It features a composting toilet from Swedish company Separett, a Deco washer/dryer combo, a medicine cabinet with a mirror for hidden storage, and a convenient fan in the ceiling. It also boasts the same gorgeous flooring as the rest of the house, contrasting against the stark white walls with matte black fixtures.

The shower in this tiny home can’t help but win you over. It’s a waterfall shower with a bathtub and has striking hexagon black tiles and white square tiles.

The bathroom is modern, fresh, and inviting, with a glass shower foldable door completing the look.

Unlike most tiny homes, this one has a hallway, which is where you’ll find a non-obtrusive ladder hanging on the wall that’s easy to set in place and take away.

Above the ladder in the hallway is a laundry hanging rack with a pulley system, so you can easily bring it down to ground level to hang laundry on.

Once you’ve finished hanging up your laundry, you can use the rack’s pulley system to elevate it out of the way.

The ladder in the hallway guides you up to the open space loft, which you can use as a guest bedroom or for storage. It has gorgeous large sliding windows that let in plenty of fresh air and natural light.

Downstairs, tiny homeowners can revel in the convenience of having a ground-floor bedroom. It has cabinets encompassing the bed for convenient storage and a closet between the bathroom and bedroom for additional storage. It’s also private thanks to the easy-pull-down blinds. There are even floating shelves on each side of the bed to function as bedside tables – along with convenient outlets.

As if the downstairs bedroom already didn’t have enough storage, there is even more tucked away underneath the Queen-sized bed.
